Oil on canvas (30" x 40" with thick edges).  This is a painting I made based on a picutre I took of Cinderella's castle in Disney World in Orlando, Florida.  At Christmastime, Disney lights up the entire castle with thousands of tiny lights.  It's really beautiful, and I had the opportunity to stand at the foot of the castle and look up.  So here is my rendention of the glowing castle.  Disney and Disney World in particular mean a lot to me and my family.  This painting reminds me of my sister, who works there, and also of fairytale innocence and the desire for happily ever after that never really dies.
